Why The Marathon Blueprint
I created The Marathon Blueprint because I know how overwhelming marathon training can feel when you’re investing months of time and effort and want your training to translate into the result you’re capable of on race day.
Running 13 marathons, including becoming an Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Finisher and completing Boston and London six days apart, I have learnt that marathon success is about far more than simply following a plan or ticking off the miles.
It is about more than following a plan. It is about understanding pacing, fuelling, preparation and race-day execution so you arrive on the start line feeling confident and ready to perform at your best.
The Marathon Blueprint is designed for real runners with busy lives and real pressures who want expert guidance, practical support and a stronger marathon outcome this time.
